We own and support everything we ship—proactively, not reactively.

**How we do it:**

- Assign long-term ownership for every shipped system, product, or service.
- Monitor usage, performance, and user sentiment—anticipate needs before they escalate.
- Build for adaptability: document decisions, modularize code/process, plan for updates.
- Whenever possible, roles and functions are owned by as few people as possible to maximize accountability and autonomy.

**Practice:**

- Every project handoff includes: owner, support plan, known issues, update cadence.
- Owners conduct quarterly “health checks” and present to the team.

Ownership is our signature. Stewardship is our reputation. When we honor what we’ve made, we prove—again and again—that Segern means trust.
