## Quickstart

1. ### Write the Foundation One-Pager

   

   Capture the job to be done, audience, emotional target, success criteria, constraints, non-goals, risks, and steward.
2. ### Write Story 1 using the Narrative Template

   

   Cover context, protagonist, conflict or opportunity, resolution and outcomes, and principles or guardrails.
3. ### Define done for Story 1

   

   Make the finish line explicit before implementation begins.
4. ### Schedule a ship date inside the Story window

   

   Commit to a time-bound ship decision so the work cannot drift indefinitely.
5. ### Create a decision log

   

   Record the major decisions, tradeoffs, and follow-ups as the work evolves.
6. ### Ship Story 1

   

   If Story 1 does not ship, the project does not exist yet.
