# Story plan

Write one to three Stories ahead. Each Story must ship something real.

1. **Story 1 (Proof):** smallest lovable core that proves the value
2. **Story 2 (Stability):** remove sharp edges and make it reliable
3. **Story 3 (Scale):** systematize, document, and reduce ongoing effort

For each Story define: ship, success, dependencies, risks, and one steward.
