Commerce Policy

1. Introduction

1.1. Segern, LLC ("Segern", "we", "us") is committed to making your shopping experience enjoyable and straightforward. This Commerce Policy sets out important information about placing orders, shipping, returns, refunds, and exchanges on www.segern.com.

1.2. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and (if applicable) Data Processing Addendum, all of which govern your use of our Services and any purchases from our online shop.

2. Shipping & Delivery

2.1. Fulfillment & Delivery Times

Most orders are fulfilled within 3–7 days after purchase. Shipping time depends on your location and can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • Other International: 10–20 business days

2.2. Delays

External factors (such as disruptions from public health emergencies) may impact fulfillment and shipping times.

2.3. Shipping Locations

We partner with fulfillment centers worldwide. Your order may ship from the facility closest to you.

2.4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by your local government. These fees are your responsibility and are outside of our control. Please contact your local customs office for details.

2.5. Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for address errors.
  • Inquire with your local post office and neighbors.If you cannot locate your shipment and your provided shipping address is correct, contact [email protected] within10 business days of the original delivery date (include the subject line "Missing Order" and your order number).

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, or for packages lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout. Each situation will be evaluated case by case at our sole discretion, and we are under no obligation to issue a refund, reimbursement, or replacement.

3. Orders & Tracking

3.1. Order Fulfillment

Products are produced and sourced responsibly, often made to order, and shipped from our global network of fulfillment partners.

3.2. Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships. For tracking questions, email [email protected] with the subject line "Order Shipping" and include your order number.

3.3. Order Issues (Wrong/Damaged Items)

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] within 10 business days of receiving your order (subject line "Order Issues"). Please include photos of the issue and your order number for a prompt resolution.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

4.1. Returns & Exchanges

We generally do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please consult product sizing charts prior to purchase.

If you receive a mislabeled or incorrect item, contact [email protected] within 10 business days of receiving your order (subject: "Mislabeled"). Include your order number and photos of the label/item. We will provide a refund or send a replacement.

4.2. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally only offered for wrong or damaged items. If your order qualifies, contact us at [email protected] (subject: "Order Refund") with your order number and relevant photos.

4.3. Subscriptions & Memberships

We do not offer refunds for paid subscriptions or memberships, regardless of billing schedule. If you cancel, your access will continue until the current billing period ends. Refunds may be given in rare, exceptional cases at our sole discretion.

4.4. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Commerce Policy limits or excludes any consumer rights or remedies you may have under the laws of your country, state, or region of residence. This includes, but is not limited to, statutory rights relating to product returns, cancellations, withdrawal periods, or refunds—as required by applicable law (such as the EU Consumer Rights Directive, UK Consumer Rights Act, UK Distance Selling Regulations, California consumer protection and privacy laws, or similar laws worldwide).

Where your local law grants you additional rights or conflicts with any part of this policy, those rights will prevail to the extent required by law.
