Continuity
Stop explaining. Start deciding.
A long-term partnership for founders who are tired of starting over.
From $1,997/mo or $4,997/qtr.
Limited partnership spots available.
You're carrying something you can't fully explain.
Not to your team—you don't want to shake their confidence. Not to your investors—you don't want to shake theirs. Not to the mentors quick to give you advice—they never pause to ask the questions that matter.
You've had the same conversation a dozen times. Twenty minutes to bring someone up to speed. Then they offer a framework you could have Googled. And you're back where you started, except now you're also tired.
The problem isn't that you need advice.
The problem is that no one has the context.
What if someone already knew?
Segern Continuity is a long-term partnership with André Givenchy.
Fifteen years. Forty-seven products. $500M+ in funding secured.
But the real value isn't the experience. It's that I carry your context forward. Every session builds on the last. You don't have to re-explain your business, your constraints, your history. We pick up where we left off. And because I already know the backstory, I can see the things you're too close to see.
You stop spending the first twenty minutes catching me up.
You start spending the whole hour solving.

Here's something most advisors won't tell you…
The goal is for you to need me less.
Over time, session frequency drops. Not because the relationship is failing—because it's working. You've internalized the frameworks. You're more confident. The decisions that used to keep you up now take ten minutes.
But you stay. Because new challenges always arrive. A pivot. A pricing overhaul. A launch that raises the stakes. And when they do, you don't want to start from zero with someone new.
You want someone who already knows.
That's what Continuity means.
Two rhythms.
One partner.
Some decisions need a long conversation. Others need three sentences at 11pm. Both work here.

Sync Calls
1:1 strategic calls when you need clarity on the decisions that matter most. Deep-dive sessions scheduled around your rhythm—weekly, biweekly, or as-needed.

Async Access
Direct message/email access between sessions. Quick questions, feedback, and continuous dialogue because momentum doesn't wait for calendar slots.
What Continuity isn't.
One choice.
The rest is conversation.
No upsells. No fine print. Just a partner.

You ask.
We answer.
How is this different from coaching or consulting?
Coaching helps you think. Consulting delivers outputs. Continuity helps you decide. I bring strategic design expertise and—more importantly—accumulated understanding of your specific situation. Not motivation. Not deliverables. Decisions.
What does the first month look like?
The first call is a deep download. You talk, I listen. I ask the questions your team won't ask. By the end, I have more context on your business than most advisors get in six months. From there, we find a rhythm—some clients want weekly structure, others call when they're stuck. Both work. There's no onboarding deck. Just a conversation that picks up speed.
How many clients do you work with at once?
Fewer than you'd expect. Continuity only works if I can hold your context in my head. That means a small roster—never more than a handful at a time. If I'm at capacity, I'll tell you. I'd rather turn you away than dilute the relationship.
Do you work with competing companies?
No. If I'm advising you, I won't take a competitor. Period. If a conflict emerges mid-engagement, I'll surface it immediately and we'll decide together how to proceed. Your strategic advantage stays yours.
Is everything we discuss confidential?
Yes. Full stop. I don't share details, strategies, or even the fact that we work together—unless you explicitly want me to. No case studies without permission. No name-dropping. What you tell me stays with me.
Couldn't I just Google these frameworks?
No. They came from watching the same mistakes compound across over forty-seven products. They exist because the Googleable advice kept failing.
What kind of ROI can I expect?
It depends on where you are. Some clients point to a single decision (pricing, positioning, a hire) that paid for years of calls in a week. Others say the value is in what they didn't do: the bad partnership they avoided, the feature they killed before it wasted a quarter. I don't promise multiples. I promise clarity; clarity compounds.
What if I don't need calls every month?
Good. That's often a sign it's working. Some months are intensive; others are light. You keep async access regardless. Clients stay even as session frequency drops—because when the next big decision arrives, they don't want to start over.
What if it's not working?
Cancel anytime. No contracts, no penalties. I'd rather lose a subscriber than keep one who isn't getting value.
What if I cancel and want to come back later?
You can. No penalty, no re-enrollment fee, no awkwardness. If you cancel and six months later something comes up, we pick up where we left off. The context doesn't expire. That's the point.
